1. International Express Mail Service (EMS)

• Sending mail at the counter: Customers is required to fill from E1 in Khmer or English on sending address and English for field of addressee or official language of addressee country. Customer must clarify their mail article on custom declaration form CN22 or CN23, sign to acknowledge that the article is valid for non-prohibit article.
• The home picking mail: Customer contact to post agents, by identifying pickup location, customer requires to fill the form as above instruction, then settle payment of the mail identifying in weigh by postal agent.
